Janez Hudovernik

President and co-founder of the Management Performance Academy

He gained his commercial and professional experience in the area of human potential through work with the most successful salesmen, managers and sportsmen in Slovenia and other Central European countries.

Janez Hudovernik holds a licence from the Human Performance Institute and Persolog Gmbh. He has worked intensively on projects with Jim Loehr, Brian Tracy, and Friedbert Gay, and is qualified to hold seminars according to Huthwaite International's SPIN methodology®.

He has written numerous articles and works on the theme of success in sales, and is the co-author of the books, "Successful Leadership" and "Modern Marketing", as well as "How to Build a Winning Sales Team", which he co-wrote with Brian Tracy.

During his 14-year career as an adviser and trainer, he has worked in companies such as IBM, Krka, Lek, Dunav Insurance, Zagreb Bank, Kras, Mobitel, Henkel Central and Eastern Europe Training Academy, ToyotaAdria, NLB, Sparkasse, Zavarovalnica Maribor, Ledo, and many more.

He is married with six children.

 

Sir John Whitmore

The Independent magazine ranked John Whitmore as the business world's top trainer. At the same time, the UK Association of Coaching rated him as most influential in the field of training. Whitmore is an eminent thinker in the field of leadership and organisational change. He perfected his training technique and management methods at his place of work. He has written five books on sport, leadership and coaching, including his best known work, "Coaching for Performance", which sold 500,000 copies and was translated into 22 languages.

He is a director at Performance Consultants International.

In the last four years, Whitmore has worked outside Europe too in India, Russia, South Africa, Dubai, Australia, and New Zealand. He has personally trained employees at some of the leading international companies, such as McKinsey, Deloitte, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Barclays, Lloyds, Rolls Royce, British Airways, Novo Nordisk, Roche etc.

Sir John Whitmore is a winner of the prestigious International Coach Federation's President's Award.

 

Dragan Savić

Dragan Savić is a strategic advisor to national and multinational companies, coach, key speaker and lecturer at numerous international conferences concerning communication, CEO of the Performance Management Academy (www.mpacademy.rs), President of the Board of the Centre for Public Relations of Southeast Europe, visiting lecturer at the University DOBA / Slovenia.

 He has built his coaching and consultant career in collaboration with the highest professional authorities of today. He is the author of the program "Effective communication - the most important skill of the modern manager."

Dragan Savić is a certified trainer of Persolog GmbH and Spiritual Technologies, and his focus is on programs related to effective communication in crisis and conflict situations. For the Spiritual Technologies coach he was trained personally by Živorad Mihajlović Slavinski, who developed this wonderful methods aimed at the removal of personal problems and the acceleration of the spiritual evolution of the individual. He is training managers in Serbia, Bosnia, Italy, Slovenia, Romania, Macedonia and Montenegro with great success.

 

Dr. Jim Loehr

Dr Jim Loehr is a world famous psychologist and author of the book, "The Power of Story: Rewrite Your Destiny in Business and in Life", as well as co-author of "The Power of Full Engagement - Managing Energy, not Time, Is the Key to High Performance and Personal Renewal".

Dr Loehr has appeared on the Oprah Winfrey Show, which was dedicated to his revolutionary training system for managing energy.

Loehr's works have been published in the Harvard Business Review, Fortune, Newsweek, Time, US News & World Report, Success, Fast Company and Omni. He has worked with over 100 leading world experts from the fields of sport, business, medicine and law, including Fortunes 100 CEOs, the FBI, special hostage rescue teams, as well as with special military units. Friedbert Gay

As a director at Persolog GmbH, Friedbert Gay introduced the DISC personality and values profile in Germany. He works in the field of organisational development with the focus on individual development and implementation of values. He is the coauthor of "The 1 x 1 of the Personality", "I Need You and You Need Me". Gay is a registered DISC publisher and author of numerous publications in the area of education and training.

He studied industrial pedagogy and has over 25 years' experience in managing small and mid-size businesses, sales, and the field of executive development. He offers his clients responses to questions on how to boost corporate success, how to recognise and develop high potential and company loyalty among employees, and how to create a corporate culture whose basis and fundamental development potential are happy workers.
